Intensives Packages

We have specialty packages for those who are seeking a tailored and individualized program for trauma.  If you are a Veteran, please check out our Veteran's packages.

Plan will begin with the first three sessions being $75.00 per 55 minute hour (for comparison a billable hour is $140, intake is $180). This will give clients the time to determine what package is effective for them.  This also gives the counselor a chance to gain a sense of direction before beginning deeper work.  These first sessions may be done by virtual or in person therapy.  Then a decision can be made about deeper work.

Why would one use an intensive?

Select wisely.  All packages are prepaid with an expiration date.  Sessions are 55 minutes in duration.

You may schedule online for your prepaid sessions at:. https://www.therapyportal.com/p/ycounseling/

Realize once you select an appointment time it will need to be approved, however no one else can select that time.  Approvals will occur upon verification of payment.

Clients may now utilize concierge Packages for in person sessions, virtual sessions (using Spruce Health App, free for clients to download), or virtual sessions including Virtual EMDR and use of virtual technology to participate in Sandtray therapy.

Y Counseling Intensive

Clients schedule 3 sessions that are completed at their leisure to assure they have resources to manage their trauma.  (what will life look like when I do not have this going on).

It is recommended you schedule and pay for services at the same time to assure you are able to get your desired scheduled sessions for the time frame. Payment will be through a secure IvyPay app.

Intensive is decided about how long, what you want to cover (trauma events? Grief? Loss?  Looking to make life changes?)  Based on the time we decide intensive cost and package will be selected.

Intensives will utilize EMDR and Sandtray, as well as any other formate deemed necessary.  Intensives longer than three hours will have a break for the canine co-therapist provided by an animal handler that comes to tend to the dog off site, and return her.

Intensives are NOT COVERED by insurance.
