Individual Counseling
Individual counseling sessions are available face to face in our office in Altoona and through TeleHealth to support people ages 14 to 60 for a wide variety of life challenges. Make an appointment online or give our office a call to get started with your counseling sessions.
Personalized Therapy
We offer personalized therapy for clients who do not have insurance or who have insurance but do not want to use it. Clients who invest time and money in their personal growth tend to make significant changes. We have packages available for self-paying clients with savings available for pre-purchased packages. Veteran's packages are also available.
EMDR Retreats
Beginning in September 2020, we are excited to be able to offer EMDR Retreats. What is EMDR and how can it help me?
Veteran's Package
We offer a specialty package for Veteran's who are seeking a tailored and individualized program for trauma or transition into civilian life. For Veteran's package price to be honored a copy of your honorable discharge DD214 will need to be provided.
Concierge Package
We also offer a specialty package for those who are seeking a tailored and individualized program for trauma, but who do not qualify for the Veteran's package.
