Y Counseling can be reached during normal business hours by text.  Communication is usually asynchronistic due to not wanting to interrupt a client session.  Presently there is no virtual assistant to support scheduling.  You may take a look at the patient portal with the link below. 

Clients are invited to a patient portal where all intake paperwork is completed, and you are able to schedule sessions.  The calendar is open for eight weeks at a time to accommodate scheduling in advance. 

Clients have a number for non-business hours (fees may apply for after hours phone calls).  

If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911.  If this is a mental health emergency you may dial 988 and be connected with a mental health specialist.
